Classes
The following classes are offered in addition to the core programs. (Separate payment and registration required)
- Art: classes help develop creativity and cultural awareness, as members create visual and tactile arts and crafts. Painting, paper maché, crafts and other fun activities are included.
- Individual Music Lessons: Guitar, Piano & Voice. Take one to one lessons in these art forms. All levels are welcome.
- Dance: Jazz, Tap & Ballet from beginner to advanced. A dance recital takes place each spring, giving the dancers a chance to perform for families and friends.
- Life Skills : cooking, sewing, wood shop, and computer/internet literacy classes.
- Robotics: Kids use engineering and technical skills as well as teamwork, leadership, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving. Working in pairs, the students learn robot design and programming. They also perform “timed tasks” in regular competitions.
